INTERNATIONAL COMMITTEE FOR EXHIBITIONS AND EXCHANGE
ICEE is a standing professional committee of the International Council of Museums (ICOM), a non-governmental organization with formal relations to the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
A forum for facilitating exchanges and for the dissemination of knowledge and experience about exhibitions, the ICEE is dedicated to issues concerning exhibition development, circulation, and partnerships. The committee collects and disseminates information about exhibitions that are currently traveling, and about exhibitions under development for future circulation. Annual meetings feature theoretical and practical discussions, as well as valuable networking opportunities for museum professionals involved in exhibition planning. A publication series offers practical solutions to help professionals organize exhibitions that are meaningful, informative and cost-effective.
